Remembering the Dead, Ras Tafari

Today continues a variety of festivals honoring the dead, including day two of the Fet Ghede, and the ancient Lithuanian Velines.
Rastas mark the day as a holiday; it is the anniversary of the crowning of Ethiopian emperor Heile Selassie, aka Ras Tafari. You can read a biography of Selassie here. Finally, a couple of Halloween stragglers:
