This is one of the stranger religious legal tussles I've seen. It seems a group of Michigan street preachers and the notorious conspiracy theorist (he of the reptilian aliens) David Icke have banded together to sue on First Amendment grounds after being ejected from a Pagan Pride Festival, where the group was on a platform, loudly voicing their opinions on the subject of Paganism before they were forcibly removed by the police.
