Utah Republican: Satan To Blame For Illegal Immigration

It's not really news when a Utah politician waxes on about Satanic plots, but it's not often that they try to introduce resolutions decryuing them to the floor, either. Don Larsen, a Utah Republican delegate, has submitted a resolution declaring illegal immigration a Satanic Plot to destroy the United States. Yep. Forget plagues and pestilences, the devil will destroy us with the help of poor immigrants, who will presumably force us to speak Spanish in preparation for a one-world givernment ruled by Mexico... I can't buy that, but I could be persuaded of a Satanic plot to make politicians look like fools.

A close second would have to be a house resolution declaring immigration to be a satanic plot.
I don’t know how “Satanic” a plot to make politicians look like fools would be. Hell, I don’t even think it would have to be very “Clever.” It is rather amusing, however.
