Satan Scares

Gerald Robinson, the elderly priest who was railroaded for the 1980 murder of a nun, has filed an appeal. The main argument in the appeal cites the "Satanic speculations" made by the prosecutors at trial- i.e., that Robinson, a priest, was a secret Satanist.

Did a cursed grave kill two African men? Not likely, but hey, it's a slow news day.

Barking hysteria inevitably follows when a library introduces a teen tarot workshop. I have to wonder how she feels about dancing?

No Reincarnating Without Permission

One wonders how Chinese officials plan on enforcing their new ban on unsanctioned reincarnation for Chinese Buddhas?

Regarding the vampires and werewolves…I have a son who thought he was a reincarnated fairy, a vampire, and other such things…he is delusional and paranoid (and religious fanatic) schizophrenia. Crazy people are attracted to crazy belief-systems. So what else is new?
