Iraqi Sect Holds Onto Old Ritual

BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Tanks rumbled past on a nearby bridge Monday and U.S. helicopters chopped through the air overhead, but down by the bank of the Tigris River was a scene from thousands of years ago.
