Jacqueline Stallone says the psychic dogs she keeps have predicted that George W. Bush will win the election next Tuesday by 15 percentage points.

But Sylvester Stallone’s momma’s dogs are not on the same wavelength as some central Ohio psychics.

"This is a very difficult thing to do psychically," said Karen Deutsch of Buckeye Lake. "There is so much static in the air about this. I know this is going to be so close . . . but as close as it is going to be, I see Kerry winning.

"I see a huge outcry. People will be asking for a recall regardless of how the election turns out."
