The Gospel of Mary Magdalen
Saturday May 24, 2008
Peter said to Mary, 'Sister, I we know that the Savior loved you more than the rest of women. Tell us the words of the Savior which you remember - which you know (but) we do not, nor have we heard them." Mary answered and said, "What is hidden from you will proclaim to you." And she began to speak to them these words:

Why doesn’t anybody mention that the Gospels DATE earlies 150 AD ?????
Which means the scrolls were writen after the so called authors Died !!!!!!
Because the over whelming majority of Christians are in the dark about the true origins of their religion?
More relevant, IMO, is this:
Why does no one mention that the Gospels (all of them) have been translated multiple times across multiple language families that have very few language commonalities. Aramaic to Greek to Latin to German and eventually English.
Considering the fact that a single language gloss (translation) is imperfect, what kind of accuracy rate exists when multiple glosses occur? Very little? None?
The Bible and other non-canonical gospels are all really neat stories, but taking them as holy writ from the pen of god is walking a path of ignorance.
I agree about the accuracy of the translations….I have thought that myself for quite a while.
I’ve seen Mary’s gospel before, and the thing I most love about it is that Jesus just wiped out the whole concept of “Original Sin” (which is one of the two things about Christianity that I have never been able to understand).
“The Savior said, ” There is no sin, but it is you who make sin when you do the things that are like the nature of adultery, which is called ’sin.’”
That changes the face of the whole religion, doesn’t it?!
Another fact to consider. The catholic church for centuries kept to the order of male priests and female nuns who were basically unpaid slave labor for hundreds of years. The people were convinced that it was a high calling to have a priest in the family. Never mind that only MEN inherited the wealth of the family. When a son became a priest, the entire wealth of that family went to the church and the women were left in poverty. If there were any virgins they would become nuns, which is to become a slave.
Do you not think they destroyed whole sections of the original “bible” to ensure this heinous way of robbing the people? Why would anyone who can easily figure out this form of theft think that this particular church would EVER ensure the “word” is unchanged?
You must first be an idiot.
