Or so claims the wife of a would-be Christian preacher who microwaved his two-month old baby daughter, using the oldest, lamest excuse ever created. The eighteen year old father told paramedics his daughter was sunburned, then blamed hot coffee for her burns. The child survived, but with severe burns that required skin grafts.
According to Eva Mauldin, the child's mother, Satan compelled her husband to commit the deed to prevent him from becoming a minister. She is trying to retain custody of her daughter while "standing by her husband."

This is sickening. Some people should never be allowed to reproduce. It’a miracle the child survived. The crazy person will probably never be prosecuted and WILL become a minister leading people into more craziness in the name of the Divine. I am still amazed at the new age creeps who keep saying we “create out own reality.” What did this baby do to create THAT?
I hardly know who to feel more sorry for. Well, obviously the child. But both parents appear to be severely delusional and in need of psychiatric intervention (if not deprogramming).
Chalk it up to as yet another not-so-shining example of the blatant ignorance of the christian society!!! How long do these idiots think they can get away with literal “murder”!!
What will it take for these moral morons to be held accountable for their irresponsiblities! All beings are in some way accountable for their actions, and those who are held in the public trust, should be in the highest regard both good AND bad for their part in whatever action they may partake in!!
For an individual to go unpunished for a such an abhorrent and highly suspect crime, is truly the greatest evil that can be made apparent to all of humanity!!
The devil doesn’t exist, or so I believe. Christian fear rubbish !
So who would I blame for some weak excuse ?
So many abused children out there! And I, who can’t have anymore, am going to become a foster parent but can’t foster babies because I’m single! Most of these child and infant abuse cases are in TWO parent households! These children need someone- anyone!- that will love and care for them! When will our Child Protective Services open their eyes to this? And one last opinion, I think both parents should be sterilized so that there are no more children by either of them. ASAP!
I usually believe a child is better off with it’s natural parents- this is one of the occasions it is definitely not! What scares me in situations like this is that they will start that psychiatric bologna and endanger the poor little one by giving it back. Please no!
