"Get the Pagan," Part 2
Thursday June 28, 2007
Seems the "Christian Civic League" of Maine wasn't content with directing members to harass a Pagan Democrat- after commenters on their site reacted overwhelmingly in favor of the local activist, they opted to take the low road, and published as much personal information about the commenters as they could find, up to and including full names, email, and even numbers of anyone who questioned what they had done.

Comments
And then promptly took down the comments as the threats of taking legal action mounted.
Or at least legal threats seemed to be mounting. Perhaps they did it to save face though, after all the comments were predominantly in favor of Ms. Moran.
I wish people would think….doing things like this only makes them look vindictive and nasty and alienates even more people.
As one of the people that signed… left 5 comments… got 4 of deleted… and 1 seriously deformed… Oh.. and got his e-mail addresses, MySpace and location plastered on that site…
I LOVED IT!! The article brought a clear reaction from Pagans. And LOTS of em… they couldn’t keep up deleting them… so many reactions.
And I must say.. it was a great way of meeting other Pagans! Their e-mail addresses were also readily available to other Pagans also! I say the CCL did a pretty good job of organising Pagan resistance!! I had numorous mails from other Pagans ( and other Christians! ) and NONE by Christian fanatics…
I say.. WOOHOO!!
