Pentagram Earrings Dominate the World

Thursday August 23, 2007
Strange conspiracy theory laden articles are a staple at right wing "news" organization WorldNetDaily, but this newest one goes so far over the top it makes me wonder if someone isn't haviong a joke at their expense. Read how a pair of earrings is spun into a grand conspiracy involving Satanism, Hillary clinton, and murder. (And thenak heaven they didn't spot this Nokia ad.)

Gees, who writes this crap? Man, these people need to get some sort of REAL life instead of bothering the rest of us…

The scary thing is, these anit-this-and-that people are very serious about believing their mis-information and out-and-out lies. They are delusional and trying to force their crap down the public’s throat. Did you get a load of some of the other articles they publish? They come across as serious bigots and chaos proponants who would just as likely kill us as look at us if we appear “different” which in their book means satanic. These type of people are advancing Americanism to the point of anti-freedom, anti-democracy and anti-American. The problem is, while intelligent people can see through them, the ignorant are finding validation in their bigotry and ignorance–and not entirely through fear. Like I said, Scary.

Ridiculous. They aren’t even pentacles they have too many points for that. Even if they were, so what, it’s just a commercial. So sad that people do not believe in our country - freedom of religion.

Honestly, in a rare moment of giving into marketing madness, I went with Alltel years ago specifically because I loved their commercials. I never noticed the woman’s earrings in that particular ad - will have to watch for them.

But the article - I love how they make a gargantuan, disconnected leap from pentacle earrings to the Clintons. Amazing how Bill and Hillary are somehow to blame for every ill of the world.
