cavorting demons

Tennessee mother has inexplicably made the news in her hometown by yanking her young son out of school over objections to a book on the grade school curriculum she frinds "riddled with demons and witchcraft." The demon-infested book is not Harry Potter, but an advanced reader containing an extract from the Wind in the Willows and a traditional Arabian story about King Solomon. Yes, the demons-under-the-bed crowd is in such a lather even a biblical context is too much to take. Ridenhour isn't just content to let it go at that, no, she has to "make the public aware" that children were being exposed to the horrors of actual literature.
