Magick is usually defined itual acts performed with the intent
to cause change or transform the practitioner or the environment. The loosest
definition of magick is an act of intent or will expected to result in a specific
outcome.
The spelling
of magick with a 'k' was first used intentionally by Eliphas Levi to differentiate theurgic
magick from stage magic. Crowley again revived this Elizabethan-era
spelling in his own work.
