Glossary of Magick and the Occult

Black Magick is Magic performed with the intent to harm people or property, or to force another against their will. Assiduously avoided (supposedly) by Wiccans, as well as most Satanists and Ritual Magicians.

The black magician who makes pacts with the devil is largely a creation of popular culture, although not completely unheard of. Hexes, curses, and other magick of that sort is fairly common.
