The illustrated books and products of author, illustrator, and designer Kris Waldherr are well known to lovers of mythology and goddesses. Kris is best known as the author/creator of The Goddess Tarot, which has sold over 200,000 copies. The artwork for her forthcoming deck, Goddess Inspiration Oracle, is derived from her The Book of Goddesses, which has over 75,000 copies in print and was a One Spirit Book of the Month Club bestseller. Kris’s goddess-themed illustrations have also been published as greet-ing cards, book covers, and in magazines. Her artwork has been shown in galleries and muse-ums throughout the United States, including the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Kris received her B.F.A. at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, which she attended on full scholarship and she cur-rently lives in Brooklyn , New York with her husband and daughter.
